Berlin Wall foundation

Berliner Verbau (berlinska podgrada)

Steel profiles of varying lengths are used as supports. The working tool vibrates the steel profiles into the ground at specific intervals, depending on the requirements. During excavation, wooden cross beams are placed between the profiles to prevent the foundation pit from collapsing. This foundation has limited capability to seal liquid materials.

Steel sealing partitions (Larssen profile)

This method represents the most advanced solution in this field. It consists of a larger number of cross beams that are driven into the ground and interconnected. The driving of Larsen profiles is done using vibration technology. Symmetrical hook-grooves are placed along each barrier on both sides, which, during the driving process, align longitudinally into the ground and create a connection with complete sealing.
Thanks to the system of various profiles in different shapes (flat, bent, arched...) and sizes, various configurations of open and closed surface shapes can be formed.

Steel sealing barriers with Larsen profiles are used in the construction of:
- Roads and drainage systems
- Protection of foundation pits
- Construction of buildings on watercourses
- Landfills and waste disposal sites
- Noise barriers
- Hydraulic structures
- Gas station construction for tank installation

Larsen cross beams create a protective seal with complete sealing against the penetration of liquid materials.
